It’s been over a year since I’ve talked to John in any way shape or form. It was a year ago that he told me that we were just “having fun” and that I should not even think about him until I apologized to his wife. It has been a year of trying to forget the feeling of love that I had for him…knowing that he never thought of it as more. But today out of no where, he likes photos of my kids and dogs on Instagram.

I didn’t realize that I still had him on that platform, but that is besides the point.

Why now? Why after over a year would he all of a sudden pay attention to my social media? Is he trying to look at other social media accounts that I have? Is he actually going to say something? Or is he just going to be some weird stalker who doesn’t talk to me?

What if he talks to me? What would I say? What would I want him to know?
